Terms and Conditions By booking and staying at any property operated by Juliet & Wilson Holiday Homes, guests agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking and Payment All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or agreed deposit must be received to secure a booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment terms are not met. 2. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is from 3:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability. 3. Guest Use of Property Properties must only be used for accommodation purposes. Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Subletting or assigning bookings is not permitted. 4. House Rules No smoking inside the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. Pets are only allowed where explicitly agreed in advance. 5. Care of Property Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Any damage, breakage, or missing items may be charged to the booking holder. Additional cleaning costs may be applied if the property is left in an unreasonable condition. 6. Cancellations and Amendments Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform or agreement. Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur charges. 7. Liability Juliet & Wilson Holiday Homes accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings during their stay, except where required by law. We are not responsible for events outside our control, including utility outages or force majeure events. 8. Right of Entry We reserve the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, inspection, or emergencies. 9. Complaints Any issues should be reported as soon as possible during your stay so they can be resolved promptly. 10. Acceptance By confirming a booking, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
